If you are interested in a one to one then I will tailor the class to the individuals needs and what it is that they hope to achieve. You can book half hour or one hour slots depending on your level of aerial fitness…or share a class with one or two others to allow adequate rest periods. Typically one to ones focus on sequences, often with music, drops and more intense conditioning and focused work.
Wednesday’s lessons are at the Bridport Youth Centre. The entrance is on the corner of St Michael’s Lane and Gundry Lane.
