Every class will begin with a warm up which includes specific conditioning relevant to aerial work. These in themselves can be demanding and build up the strength necessary for stamina on the silks.
Students will learn how to climb in a variety of ways, perform foot-locks, and hip-locks, inversions and catchers wraps. As these skills become familiar we Like move quickly onto more intricate wraps, locks and drops.

HI Gemma, all my classes are mixed, and all fairly small sizes, so which ever suits you really. I have a beginner starting on both the Monday eve at 6pm (Beaminster) and the 6.15 Tuesday eve class (also Beaminster) so that might be good as its easier if you have another beginner to kick off with. Hi there,

I was wondering if you had some prices for the intermediate and beginner classes?

Also are you able to do drop in classes or do you have to commit to a course?

I have been doing silks for the last year and a half in New Zealand and would like to continue.

    Thanks,
    Cassie

    Hey,
I am super interested in coming to one of your classes in Bridport. I have done a bit of aerial yoga before and practice yoga however haven’t done silks before. How much do you charge per class? Which would you recommend between the beginner class on Wednesday or core conditioning on Friday to help me not only within silks but also to improve my yoga practice?
    Thank you in advance,
    Hannah

Do you do any beginners classes after school, or private classes, it’s for my 12 year old daughter. Thanks

    Hi there
Do you do private parties? My daughter is turning 14 and would like to do it as a birthday treat with some of her friends if possible.

Hello, I’m just wondering if you still run aerial classes? I’m a young adult and used to do it (years ago!) and not on individual silks so would probably be a beginner, but wondering if you still run these classes and if you could help me with what class you’d recommend please?

    Thanks,
    Steff

    Hi Charlie,
Do you do private lessons as a one off? My daughter would love to learn some simple skills with her friends for her 10th Birthday party in March.
    Many thanks
    Bryony
